Here are my plans

O.K., so I finished putting together a workout plan with the help of Google earlier today. So, here’s the details:

  • Monday: Chest and Shoulders
  • Tuesday: Back and Arms
  • Wednesday: Legs
  • Thursday: Chest and Shoulders
  • Friday: Back and Arms

Yeah, I’m only doing legs one day a week but I read that it’s all good since I’m doing cardio (jogging and jump rope) two times a week.
And I read that you don’t have to work out every day, if you go hard at least three times a week. But I got some time to burn so I figured I might as well spend it in the gym.
Oh, and I picked up a couple of supplements from GNC too. The most ripped guys on the websites I was reading swore by supplements as the only way for a skinny guy to put on serious weight fast. And that’s what I want… so…. I bought a jug of Muscle Milk and a jug of NO-Xplode. We’ll see how it goes.

    Drink lots of water to keep your muscles well hydrated. Plus, don’t forget to rest between workouts. Your body actually builds muscle while you’re resting! If it doesn’t get enough rest, it won’t be able to repair muscle or grow more muscle.
