Muscle Advance FTW!
I’m really starting to see some results now, and it hasn’t been that long at all. Oh, and the other day I was walking down the street and for maybe the first time ever the OTHER guy moved to let me pass. Don’t really feel like I’ve gotten much bigger, but maybe I have.
Anyways… There’s this guy, Chris, who spots me on Thursdays at the gym. He’s been telling me how I should switch to Muscle Advance whey protein… how it whips the pants off of Muscle Milk… blah blah blah.
The guy is pretty ripped but, to be honest, I still had a jug of Muscle Milk and I didn’t want to switch. Plus, the GNC I go to doesn’t carry Muscle Advance so I would have to find a place that did. And I’m lazy when it comes to shopping.
But before I could blow is suggestion off, my personal trainer told me a few other guys he ç works with had some major allergic reactions using Muscle Milk. Said the guys weren’t lactose intolerant, so he doesn’t know why. Well, my dad is lactose intolerant, but I’m not. It got me thinking maybe it wasn’t worth the risk.
So, I read up a bit on Muscle Advanced and it looks like it has all the same goodies I got with Muscle Milk. But there is some added stuff too, like multivitamins, collagen replacement so I don’t get stretch marks, digestive enzymes and bovine colostrum (strengthens my immune system). I don’t know what the enzymes do, but my trainer said it’s a good thing for putting on pounds.
Plus it costs less, so I figured I’d give it a try. I still got the rest of my jug of Muscle Milk if I start growing slower.
