I have been lifting weights for about 3 years now and about a year ago I hit a wall. I was not able to really increase in any of my exercises for several months, so I decided to try a new type of pre workout supplement to see if it made any difference.

I picked Force Factor - Long story short - the 6 months or so since I have been taking it before my workouts my bench has gone up 60 pounds, dumbbell press up 30, curls up 20, and so on.

I would highly recommend this if you are looking to make gains or at the very least keep what muscle you have already worked to build. But make sure you drink a lot of water with it because it helps...

It's pretty awesome having nutrition as my life. I always tell people when they ask me what kind of supplements to take. Start with the basics and get some whey protein as a muscle building supplement then if you want, try a nitric oxide supplement for real muscle growth. As always throw in a multivitamin.

i got to admit that i considered no-xplode to be the best muscle building supplement on the market for years.
but after my first few "force factor workouts" i might have to change my opinion, force factor really seems to kick ass :D

I've been into nutrition supplements since I met Emergen-C and FizzIt/Zip Fizz, and various multi-vitamins. Several members of my family are body builders and health nuts. My sister recommended Force Factor to me.

I usually take just one serving a day with a very tall glass of water after breakfast. You definitely will want to take this with PLENTY of water. One thing you will notice after taking this, your body will want water and lots of it. Throughout the entire day I feel a noticeable rise in energy as if I had a really dark cup of coffee.

I recommend just one pack per day due to the insane percentage of vitamins and nutrients. One of the responses I get taking this muscle supplement is that your body will pass most of this stuff through your system without absorbing it. This opinion is debatable from my research online. Through my own testing with an increase in Vitamin C intake: I haven't been sick for 6+ months. I used to take sick leave on a monthly basis...

After a week of taking this muscle building supplement I noticed my energy levels were much higher and my workout results increased. Running several miles for a quick exercise is now easier than ever. I'm guessing each user's results will differ.

I recommend taking this early in the day after a big breakfast. Drink plenty of fluids! Also, unless you are working out for hours and hours, fitness trainers I know recommend just 1 pack per day.

Yeah, I got some heart problems when I was taking no xplode. Not sure if it was related though. Anyway, since I switched to superpump I haven't had any problems.
Your rating is interesting since a buddy of mine swears that force factor is by far the best bodybuilding supplement he has used so far. Maybe I'll give it a try.
